Your brand. Your confidentiality. We keep private-label client identities and projects confidential, whether or not a non-disclosure agreement has been signed. We do not publish client names, project details or case studies.

What is included in the samples?

We agree a reasonable selection and quantity of samples for your project. The exact products, quantities and sample cost are confirmed with you individually before dispatch.

Does the $500 minimum apply to samples?

No. The $500 minimum applies to product orders, not samples. You can select the products you wish to order to meet that minimum. Shipping is charged separately.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping depends on the destination country and the weight of the package. We confirm the shipping cost for your selected products and destination.

How long does delivery take?

Allow up to 14 business days. Delivery is typically much faster, around 2–3 business days. The shorter timeframe is typical, not a guaranteed delivery date; confirm the estimate for your order and destination with our team.

Can I choose bulk or branded bottles?

We offer bulk supply, filled unlabeled bottles and filled bottles with your label. Tell us the format you need in the questionnaire so we can discuss the appropriate products and packaging.

What happens after I send the questionnaire?

Our team reviews your answers and follows up by email about the samples and next steps. If a meeting would be useful, it is arranged after the initial review.
