A Launch Readiness Checklist for Private Label Coatings
Check product approval, packaging, instructions, stock readiness and support before launching a private label ceramic coating range.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
A coating range is ready to launch when the product, package and customer instructions describe the same approved system. Completing a design or receiving the first cartons is only one part of that decision.
Confirm the technical foundation
Check that the selected formulation matches the approved brief and sample record. Confirm suitable surfaces, application instructions and aftercare. List unresolved questions openly and assign each one to an owner before announcing an available treatment.
Review product-page claims alongside the evidence available. Remove unsupported absolutes such as scratch-proof, maintenance-free or suitable for every surface. Make product roles understandable without requiring the customer to interpret chemistry terminology.
Check the finished offer
- Match the bottle, label, pack size and product reference.
- Verify that the current instructions are included or readily accessible.
- Inspect received stock and separate any held units.
- Confirm the customer-support route and the information it requests.
- Check that retailers and installers use the same approved descriptions.
Market-specific labelling, shipping and commercial obligations need their own qualified review. A successful application test does not settle those separate requirements.
Plan the first review after launch
Decide how feedback, support questions and reorder demand will be collected. Use actual observations to improve instructions and future stock planning. Preserve version records so customers with earlier kits can still obtain the correct guidance.
Start with NANOLAB Private Label for the manufacturing discussion. Keep the product brief, pilot installation results and final artwork together as the reference for the launched range.
