Verify readiness before opening the bottle
Confirm certified-installer status, the specified environment and current written instructions for the intended base-and-top-coat combination. Inspect the paint and document correction limits, then complete cleaning, preparation and drying.
Check the product identity, batch and storage history. An uncertain bottle or incomplete intercoat instruction should be resolved before the vehicle enters application.
Control small working areas
Use the prescribed section size and application process. Inspect spreading and levelling in a representative test area, then monitor the finish under suitable light. Keep removal and final inspection towels clean and distinct.
Examine edges and curves where excess product can remain. If material stops responding to the approved levelling method, pause and seek product-specific recovery guidance.
Record the full system
Document the base, top coat, clarified sequence and care milestones. Do not judge QUARTZ99 alone by hydrophobic behaviour, since it is not designed as a stand-alone water-repellent finish. At handover, give aftercare for the completed installation and explain the contact route for concerns.
