Developing a Private-Label Ceramic Coating with NANOLAB
Prepare a useful product brief covering target surfaces, application experience, documentation and support before starting a private-label coating project.

Begin with the user’s job
A private-label project needs more than a bottle design. Define who will apply the product, which surfaces it must suit and the conditions in which it will be used. A professional workshop, mobile detailing operation and maintenance programme may need different workflows.
Specify the desired finish and any matte, film or interior requirements. Avoid starting with an unsupported durability number and trying to build every decision around it.
Evaluate a complete sample process
Review preparation, application, levelling and curing using representative surfaces and trained users. Record conditions and observations so feedback is actionable. Compare finish, usability and care needs separately rather than reducing the evaluation to one beading video.
Ask which technical and safety documentation applies to the supplied formula and how revisions are communicated.
Plan supply and aftercare
Discuss packaging compatibility, storage, batch traceability, label information and customer-support responsibilities. Performance and warranty statements should match the actual evidence and terms for the product. Establish how training and maintenance information will reach installers or end users. NANOLAB’s private-label and OEM services provide the route to define those requirements with the manufacturer before launch.
