MATRIX ELITE P7020
The next flagship of the MATRIX series.
Use a focused agenda to discuss customers, surfaces, samples, packaging and unresolved decisions with a ceramic coating manufacturer.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A manufacturer meeting is most useful when it ends with a defined next step. Prepare the information that shapes a coating project and separate decisions from open questions. This allows the discussion to move beyond a general request for prices or the “best” formula.
Describe the intended customers, surfaces, application setting and proposed sales format. State what is already decided and what remains flexible. If the project is exploratory, say so; an early discussion should not be mistaken for a final production brief.
Use the product brief guide to organise the summary. Bring specific problems from current work where available, such as a need for clearer instructions or a different packaging format.
Keep speculative future products separate from the first launch scope. This prevents a large wish list from obscuring the immediate decision.
Provide sample references, conditions and specific observations. Photographs should show the relevant issue rather than only the final beauty shot. If the trial did not follow the instructions, record the deviation so that the result can be interpreted correctly.
The installer feedback form helps turn a long discussion into a concise technical question. Do not ask the manufacturer to diagnose an unidentified product from a single water-beading image.
Record the agreed next sample, document, quotation or clarification, along with the responsible person. Mark estimates and provisional choices as such. Send a revised brief when the scope changes rather than relying on memory of the conversation.
Start the discussion through NANOLAB’s private label and OEM service and use the quotation request guide when the scope is ready to price. A clear meeting outcome is a better foundation than an enthusiastic but undefined launch plan.
