Map the work before comparing quotations

Filled bottles can reduce the number of handling steps your team performs. Confirm the supplied fill volume, closure, labelling arrangement and batch identification. An unlabelled filled bottle still needs an approved label and a controlled process for matching it to the right product.

Bulk supply places more responsibility on your operation. Before selecting it, discuss product handling, compatible containers, filling conditions and storage with NANOLAB. Do not assume that an existing filling line or empty bottle is suitable for every coating.

Compare total operating requirements

Build a worksheet with the liquid, packaging, filling labour, inspection, equipment and expected wastage shown separately. Include the time needed to resolve mislabelled stock or leaking closures. An apparently lower purchase price can require more resources elsewhere.
