A Final Readiness Checklist Before Ceramic Coating
Check surface identity, accepted paint condition, residue removal, drying and product instructions immediately before coating begins.

The final readiness check connects all preparation stages to the actual coating job. It should be short enough to use consistently and specific enough to stop application when an important condition remains unresolved.
Confirm the surface and finish
Identify paint, film, trim and other materials to be treated. Check that the selected NANOLAB product is suitable for each area and for the desired glossy, matte or satin appearance. Mark excluded or uncertain surfaces clearly.
Confirm that polishing is complete where required and that the remaining defects are accepted. Coating should not become a way to postpone a finishing decision.
Check cleanliness and conditions
- Remove visible polishing residue and contamination through the approved process.
- Check seams, mirrors and trim for hidden water.
- Inspect the dry prepared finish under suitable light.
- Confirm panel and workspace conditions fit the product instructions.
- Prepare clean identified applicators and removal towels.
If a check fails, return to the appropriate preparation stage. Avoid solving every issue with another solvent wipe or an extra polishing pass.
Verify the application plan
Read the exact spreading, removal and curing guidance. Confirm the treatment sequence, responsibility for each area and customer aftercare. Have enough product and suitable consumables available before starting.
Use surface mapping and application planning. Keep a brief record of the completed check so the installation begins from a known, accepted condition rather than a set of assumptions.
