Before opening the bottle, confirm the product’s intended surfaces, installer requirements, working conditions and curing schedule. Similar-looking coatings may behave very differently. Do not transfer a familiar wipe-off time or layer sequence to a new formula without checking.
Prepare a clean, dry substrate and complete any agreed correction. Organise applicators, clean levelling towels, lighting and protective equipment before application begins.
Test the process on a small area
Choose a representative section to assess spreading and levelling under the actual conditions. Use the product’s stated cues and timing. Inspect from several angles and check nearby edges for residue before extending the process across the vehicle.
For NANOLAB MATRIX, extended working time is part of the product’s intended workflow. That does not mean a BEAST PRO or QUARTZ99 installation should use the same approach. Each system needs its own plan.
Close the job properly
Check coverage, high spots and runoff points before the car leaves the work area. Record the product and application time. Give the owner separate information for early exposure, first washing and full cure, since these are different milestones. A controlled application ends with an inspected finish and a clear care plan, not simply an empty applicator and a shiny panel.
