Schedule the whole sequence
Plan inspection, cleaning, decontamination, correction, final preparation, application and final checks. Include time to reassess the vehicle after washing. A job with uncertain paint history should not be scheduled as if every panel is already known to be sound.
Prepare tools and records before the coating stage so the installer does not leave partially completed work to find equipment.
Distinguish labour and waiting
Working time, initial cure, vehicle release and full cure are different intervals. Use the exact product schedule rather than fitting every formula into a standard same-day promise. Reserve a suitable location for any required protected period.
MATRIX’s extended working time changes application planning, while BEAST PRO and QUARTZ99 require their own controlled workflow. Product selection and scheduling should be considered together.
Build in inspection and handover
Allow time to check edges, residue and treated surfaces under appropriate light. Prepare the owner’s first-wash date and early-care instructions before collection. If the preparation scope changes, communicate the revised plan rather than silently cutting inspection time. A realistic schedule makes quality repeatable and gives customers collection information that reflects the actual system being installed.
