A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A corrective-action response is not complete merely because it lists an activity. Define how the buyer and supplier will verify that the action addresses the recorded problem under relevant operating conditions.

The record should connect the issue, proposed cause, action and effectiveness check. Where the cause remains uncertain, keep that uncertainty visible. A training session, revised label or equipment adjustment may be appropriate, but its completion alone does not demonstrate that the original problem has been resolved.
Illustrative example: a packing error leads to a revised checking instruction. The instruction has been issued, but the team still needs evidence that the revised process produces correctly assembled kits. A targeted follow-up check connects the action to the outcome rather than treating document publication as closure.
Do not require an arbitrary zero-error promise or hide unresolved cases to close a record. This guide does not prescribe a formal quality-system procedure. It provides a practical distinction between performing an action and demonstrating that the action improved the relevant process.
