A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Each development sample should have a defined purpose. A version intended to explore one property should not be treated as a final production approval simply because its early demonstration looks promising.

The sample record should identify the question, formulation reference supplied by the manufacturer and evaluation scope. Some properties may remain unassessed at an early stage. Keeping those gaps visible allows development to progress without turning every sample into a complete launch candidate.
Illustrative example: an early sample is prepared to compare application behaviour. A buyer likes it and begins drafting durability claims, although long-term performance and packaging work are outside that sample's scope. A milestone record would preserve the useful observation while preventing premature commercial conclusions.
Do not describe an exploratory sample as a production specification without the supplier's confirmation. This guide does not promise a particular number of development rounds. The appropriate sequence depends on the project, and each approval should state exactly what evidence and configuration it covers.
