Bulk Coating Project Documents: Keep the Agreed Supply Format in Every Revision

Bulk liquid, unlabelled filled bottles and labelled finished packs are different deliverables. Keep the agreed format explicit when a private-label project changes scope or moves between quotation and order stages.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

The key distinction

A familiar product name can persist while responsibilities change substantially. The revised record should identify filling, packaging, labelling and documentation responsibilities so the team does not rely on assumptions from an earlier proposal.

Practical checks

  1. State the current supply format on the controlled project summary.
  2. Compare the quote, order and acknowledgement against it.
  3. Resolve any scope mismatch before production release.

Example

Illustrative example: a project begins as a bulk enquiry but later requests labelled bottles. Updating only the quantity leaves filling and packaging responsibilities unresolved. The final order needs the complete revised deliverable.
