A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A filling trial consumes material for setup, adjustment and inspection. Treating all trial output as saleable stock can hide process losses and release packaging that has not been accepted.

Allocate a defined trial quantity. Identify trial bottles clearly, check the closure and dispensing method, then record which units are retained, rejected or approved through the agreed process.
A brand orders material for 200 bottles but needs repeated adjustments to its filler. The trial allocation should appear in the quantity plan before the customer delivery promise is made.
A successful fill does not approve the entire packaging system. Include storage, handling and label checks before converting trial units into ordinary stock.
