Bulk Coating Orders in Multiple Bottle Sizes: Allocate Liquid and Components Together

A mixed-size filling plan needs enough liquid and enough components for each configuration. A total bottle count alone does not establish that the planned assortment can be produced.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

The key distinction

Keep the volume calculation linked to the bottle, closure, label and carton requirements. Account for the approved process allowances separately rather than hiding them inside nominal fill quantities.

Practical checks

  1. Define quantities by finished SKU and size.
  2. Calculate the corresponding nominal liquid and component needs.
  3. Check readiness for each configuration before scheduling the run.

Example

Arithmetic example: one hundred 30-millilitre bottles and one hundred 50-millilitre bottles represent eight litres of nominal contents, before separately justified process allowances. Two hundred bottles is not a sufficient liquid specification.

Scope and limits

These figures do not define a NANOLAB fill plan. Product requirements, actual process evidence and approved packaging govern the final production quantity.
