Check that distributors can demonstrate, explain and support a coating before launch, including care advice and escalation boundaries.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A distributor can have stock and artwork ready while still being unable to explain a coating’s correct use. Launch readiness should include the practical customer journey from demonstration to maintenance and support.
Use the approved surface, preparation and application method. Ask the distributor to explain what the demonstration shows and what it does not. A dramatic water effect should not become an unsupported claim about every form of durability.
| Capability | Evidence |
|---|---|
| Product selection | Can identify suitable and excluded uses |
| Application | Can follow the current instructions |
| Care | Can give an accurate maintenance brief |
| Support | Can collect useful facts and escalate appropriately |
Present a persistent deposit, an unknown substrate and a customer asking for an unsupported warranty promise. Observe the distributor’s decision, not just their ability to repeat a sales script.
Provide current documents, approved claims, sample records and a technical contact route. Record training completion and unresolved questions. If readiness is limited to one application, begin within that scope rather than presenting universal expertise. Review early enquiries after launch; repeated confusion often points to an instruction or demonstration that needs improvement across the network.
Discuss your private-label coating project. For application and care, use the current instructions for the exact product.
