A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Productivity should state whether it counts attempted work or accepted finished area. A process that covers surfaces quickly but requires rework can look efficient under the first measure and weaker under the second.

Record both quantities when they answer useful questions. The acceptance criterion must be set before the comparison, and the labour denominator should include the relevant corrective work rather than only the first pass.
Arithmetic example: a team attempts 100 square metres in ten hours, but only 80 meet the agreed first-pass criterion. Attempted output is ten square metres per hour; first-pass accepted output is eight.
These are illustrative metrics, not performance targets. Do not rush application to improve an output number or weaken the acceptance criterion after seeing the result.
