Bulk Coating Procurement: Specify Whether Accessories Are Included
Bulk material does not automatically include the applicators, towels, bottles or instruction cards associated with retail kits. Missing accessories can delay a launch even when the coating arrives on time.

Practical approach
Build a component list with an owner and required quantity for each item. Confirm which components the supplier provides and which the buyer must source.
A distributor orders coating sufficient for 500 kits but purchases only 300 applicators. The material quantity is adequate while the finished-kit capacity is limited to 300.
Decision limits
Do not infer kit contents from a product photograph. Use the accepted quotation and component specification as the purchasing reference.
