Wholesale Ceramic Coating: Allocate Scarce Stock by Confirmed Commitments

When demand exceeds accepted stock, informal allocation can create duplicate promises. A clear allocation record helps sales and dispatch use the same available quantity.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

List confirmed orders, required dates and the agreed allocation rule. Separate tentative enquiries from accepted commitments, and update the remaining balance whenever an allocation changes.

Two salespeople each see 40 available bottles and promise 30. A shared reservation record would reveal that the second promise exceeds the remaining 10 units.

Decision limits

Do not silently substitute another coating or pack size to cover the shortage. Confirm any change with the buyer and preserve the original order record.
