A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A logger's recorded interval determines which events its history can reveal. Widely spaced readings may miss a short excursion, so absence of a recorded peak is not proof that no brief event occurred.

Choose the monitoring arrangement for the actual storage question and equipment capability. Keep the sampling and recording settings with the data instead of exporting a graph without its time resolution.
Illustrative example: a logger records once per hour, while a door-related temperature change lasts several minutes between readings. The hourly record cannot establish the detailed conditions during that interval.
Do not reconstruct an unmeasured peak as fact. The supplier and responsible monitoring team should decide how the available evidence affects any product-condition assessment.
