A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
The most frequent issue is not necessarily the issue with the greatest total cost or consequence. Keep frequency, effort and impact distinguishable when prioritizing coating-process improvements.

A Pareto-style summary should state what its bars measure. Counts can guide workload reduction, while cost or another justified impact measure can support a different decision. Neither should erase serious low-frequency events.
Arithmetic example: twenty minor label corrections at an illustrative cost of one each total twenty, while two larger rework events at fifty each total one hundred. The ranking changes with the measure.
Do not reduce safety or critical technical requirements to a convenient cost score. The example concerns operational analysis, not a universal decision rule.
