Bulk Ceramic Coating: Inspect the Container Seal Before Opening

A damaged or unexplained seal is a receiving discrepancy that should be recorded before the container is opened. Opening first can remove evidence needed to investigate the delivery.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

Photograph the exterior, closure, batch identification and shipping packaging. Compare the condition with the agreed packaging specification and ask the supplier how to proceed.

A container arrives dry externally but its tamper feature appears broken. That observation does not establish contamination, yet it justifies a hold until the discrepancy is understood.

Decision limits

Do not describe every seal irregularity as a defective formulation. Keep packaging condition, product identity and material suitability as separate questions.
