A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A building's surface register is more useful when it records actual cleaner contact, including overspray and runoff. The product assigned to a surface on paper may not be the only product that reaches it during routine maintenance.

Observe a normal cleaning cycle and compare it with the written instructions. Shared cloths, nearby spraying and floor-cleaning splash can introduce additional contacts. The purpose is to identify practical mismatches and improve the process, not to blame staff for a coating problem before the exposure history is understood.
Illustrative example: a stainless panel is assigned a suitable cleaner, but it also receives spray from a nearby glass-cleaning task. A later mark cannot be investigated adequately using only the stainless-cleaner entry in the register. The indirect exposure belongs in the record too.
Do not infer a chemical cause from proximity alone. Preserve observations and obtain product-specific advice where needed. A register helps identify possible exposures; it does not establish compatibility, liability or the cause of a particular defect without further assessment.
