A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A new cleaning contractor needs the exact care information for treated surfaces. The coating record should travel with the building’s maintenance process when teams change.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
Provide locations, surface identities and coating information rather than one generic statement that the building is nano-coated. Distinguish glass, stainless and decorative finishes. Include treated faces and excluded areas where relevant.
Compare the new team’s products, dilution methods, cloths and equipment with the supplied care guidance. Identify conflicts before the first scheduled clean. An established routine from another building is not automatically suitable for every finish here.
Use a representative area to show the agreed process and inspection. Record the actual products and working method. Ensure that staff on different shifts can access the same instructions rather than relying on a single verbal handover.
Note the contractor start date and any approved product substitutions. If appearance or water behaviour later changes, the record helps distinguish a maintenance change from the original application history. Update the process when technical guidance changes.
The team should follow the established care method. Changes to products or techniques need review when they affect suitability; routine visits can use the documented process.
