Check shelter, surface conditions, cleanliness, lighting and protected curing before accepting a mobile coating location.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A mobile coating job needs a suitable work environment, even when the vehicle is parked at the customer’s preferred location. Assess the site against the exact product’s instructions and the complete service scope. A convenient driveway is not automatically a suitable application or curing space.
Confirm access, shelter, lighting, working space and the ability to keep the vehicle in the required conditions. Consider nearby dust-producing work, wind-blown debris and water sources. Identify where preparation and application will occur and how the clean surface will be protected between stages.
Use the temperature and humidity guide to understand why ambient conditions and the actual surface both matter. Do not rely only on a weather forecast or a reading taken elsewhere.
The site must support more than application. Confirm where the vehicle will remain during any required initial cure and who can prevent accidental washing, water exposure or movement. Explain the customer’s role before the appointment.
If a suitable protected space is available only for a short window, compare that window with the documented process. Do not shorten curing requirements to fit the booking.
Set the conditions that must be satisfied on arrival. These should come from the product requirements and your service process, not from a generic universal temperature rule. Record a practical alternative if conditions are unsuitable: a different date or an appropriate indoor location.
The workstation checklist helps identify equipment and consumables that cannot be assumed to exist at the customer’s site.
Conditions can change after the initial check. Pause if the environment no longer supports the approved process and protect the work already completed. Keep the customer informed using the agreed contingency plan.
For a NANOLAB product, confirm uncertain application or release conditions through documentation or technical support. A professional mobile service includes the judgement to reschedule when the location cannot support a reliable result.
