A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A local defect does not automatically mean the whole project requires the same intervention. Map the affected area and obtain the appropriate product-specific correction plan before estimating rework.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
The correction boundary may differ from the visible mark because of the selected process and finish continuity. Record the technical scope first, then calculate labour, material and access requirements. A photograph alone may not establish the correct boundary.
Illustrative example: a visible issue occupies a small region, but the approved correction method requires treating a complete panel for an acceptable finish. The estimate should reflect the approved panel scope rather than the spot's apparent area alone.
Do not enlarge or minimize the correction solely to fit a budget. Preserve the original evidence and follow the supplier's technical guidance before altering the surface.
