A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
One approval signature can hide several different questions. Define who checks technical content, production print requirements and the usability of the finished coating pack so each decision has a clear owner.

A technically accurate label may still be difficult to read or unsuitable for the printing process. Conversely, an attractive proof may contain an outdated instruction. A concise approval record should state what each reviewer assessed and which exact revision was approved, avoiding a vague statement that everyone has seen the design.
Illustrative example: the technical team approves product wording, then a layout change reduces the instruction panel and moves a restriction. The earlier content approval does not automatically cover the final presentation. The affected reviewers should see the actual production version before release.
This process does not replace legal or regulatory review where required. Nor should every minor edit trigger unrelated work. The aim is proportionate traceability: each material decision is approved by the appropriate person on the version that will actually be printed and supplied.
