Coating Packaging: Evaluate Whether a Tamper Feature Survives Normal Opening

A tamper feature should provide useful evidence without making ordinary opening confusing or damaging the dispensing system. Test the user's complete opening sequence.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

Have representative users open the actual pack and explain what they observe. Record tools required, broken fragments, obscured instructions and accidental spills.

A seal that remains partly attached may be mistaken for a blockage, prompting the user to puncture the wrong component.

Decision limits

Do not describe a tamper feature as proof that the formulation is authentic or uncontaminated. It is one packaging observation with a defined purpose.
