Bulk Ceramic Coating: Keep Supplier Approval and Internal Release Separate

Supplier release confirms the supplier's process, while incoming release confirms that the received shipment matches the buyer's agreed requirements. These decisions answer related but different questions.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

Check identity, quantity, documents, packaging and any agreed incoming tests. Record who releases the delivery for use and what evidence supported that decision.

A shipment may have satisfactory supplier documentation but arrive with transit damage. Conversely, intact packaging alone does not replace the agreed product documentation.

Decision limits

Avoid unnecessary testing that duplicates an established control without purpose. Use a defined acceptance plan and investigate actual discrepancies before releasing affected stock.
