Bulk Ceramic Coating: Use a First-In, First-Out Withdrawal Log Carefully

Arrival order alone does not determine which material should be used first. Product dates, storage history and acceptance status may make a later delivery the appropriate next choice.

Practical approach

Record receipt, batch, relevant expiry or review date, opening date and hold status. Select stock according to the manufacturer's instructions and the agreed rotation policy.

An older container held for investigation should not be issued merely because it arrived first. An accepted later container may be the available production supply.

Decision limits

Never override an unresolved hold to satisfy a rotation rule. Date-based stock logic must operate within product suitability and release decisions.
