A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Inspect aged RV graphics separately from paint and gelcoat, and avoid treating a coating as a repair for cracks or lifting edges.

An aged graphic is a different substrate from sound paint. Cracks, lifting edges and brittle film indicate conditions that a protective coating cannot reverse. Assess the graphic separately before including it in an RV bodywork treatment.
Record the graphic's identity where available, finish, visible deterioration and any previous products used. Photograph lifted edges and cracks before work. Avoid aggressive rubbing or pressure directed at vulnerable boundaries.
Winnebago's vinyl-graphics care guidance illustrates the need to consider the film and adhesive system separately from the surrounding bodywork. Use the current instructions for the actual graphic, especially where the vehicle has aftermarket replacements.
An abrasive process that improves adjacent gelcoat may damage the printed or textured graphic. A solvent suitable for one bodywork residue may also be unsuitable for the film or adhesive. Plan the working boundary rather than trying to polish continuously across every material.
A coating should not be used as an edge adhesive or crack filler. If replacement or repair is required, complete that through the appropriate process and obtain care guidance for the new material.
Where the film manufacturer and coating supplier permit treatment, evaluate a representative sound area for sheen, colour and residue. Matte or textured graphics need particular attention to preserving the intended appearance. A small immediate test does not override a manufacturer restriction.
For the owner, list whether graphics are included, excluded or awaiting replacement. For a NANOLAB application, confirm suitability for the exact film and finish rather than assuming that general vinyl compatibility covers deteriorated graphics. A clear boundary protects both the existing decoration and the quality of the surrounding coated bodywork.
