Receiving a Private Label Coating Delivery
Use a practical receiving process for private label coating stock, covering order identity, package condition, batch records and storage.

A controlled receiving process helps prevent an ordinary delivery problem from becoming a customer support problem. Check private label coating stock before mixing it with approved inventory or distributing it to installers.
Reconcile the delivery with the order
Compare product references, pack sizes, quantities and label revisions with the confirmed order. Check that mixed products are clearly separated. Record batch identification in the inventory system while the cartons are still organised.
Photograph damaged outer packaging before disturbing it. If containers are leaking or otherwise unsafe to handle, follow the product safety information and obtain appropriate guidance rather than opening them for a closer inspection.
Inspect the saleable configuration
Review a representative selection of units for correct labels, readable identification and closure condition. Keep any questionable units separate and clearly marked as held. Do not send them to customers simply because the liquid appears normal.
Move accepted stock into the specified storage conditions. Avoid leaving cartons in a vehicle or exposed receiving area while administrative checks are completed. Storage limits come from the exact product documentation, not a general rule for all coatings.
Record and resolve differences
Send NANOLAB the order reference, affected quantity, batch information and relevant photographs when a discrepancy requires review. Keep the original report and agreed response with the stock record.
After approval, release stock deliberately so held and accepted units remain distinguishable. Use the same records for repeat-order planning and maintain product support through NANOLAB Private Label.
