Preparing a Ceramic Coating Workstation
Organise products, tools, lighting and records before opening a coating bottle so the application can proceed without avoidable interruptions.

Confirm the job and product
Keep the exact coating instructions, surface map and preparation record available. Check installer requirements and environmental conditions. Verify that the bottle is suitable for use, with a readable label and known storage history.
Prepare the protective equipment and ventilation required by the safety information. Do not rely on a generic glove or mask recommendation for every formula.
Arrange a clean working area
Set out appropriate applicators, separate levelling towels, inspection lighting and a place for used materials. Protect clean stock from dust. Keep wheel-cleaning tools and polishing residue away from the final application area.
Plan the route around the vehicle and make sure cords or equipment will not contact freshly treated surfaces. Confirm the prepared car is dry, including likely drip points.
Prepare for completion
Have the job record and aftercare information ready, including application time and the product’s curing milestones. Know how to pause or seek guidance if the test area does not level as expected. A prepared workstation reduces rushed decisions and lets attention stay on coverage, finish inspection and a clear handover.
