Explain distinct product roles without turning differences into unsupported superiority claims.

A distributor comparison sheet should help customers choose between products with different roles. It should not turn every difference into a claim that one bottle is universally superior. Begin with the decisions the buyer needs to make.
Use intended surface, finish, user requirements, application-document reference and system role. Include only facts confirmed for the exact product. If the products require different approved procedures, show that difference clearly rather than forcing them into a misleading common timing or performance scale.
Product information belongs in factual rows. Recommendations should explain the customer's circumstances and any required confirmation. A professional-only system, for example, should not be presented as an automatic upgrade for an inexperienced user merely because its name or price suggests a higher position in the range.
Record the source and revision behind each entry. Assign an owner to update the sheet when products or instructions change. Avoid adding more columns than the customer can use. A short comparison that makes the next question obvious is better than a dense table filled with unsupported numbers. End with a route to product documentation and a technical enquiry so unresolved compatibility questions are answered before the customer treats the comparison as an application instruction.
Useful rows include supported substrates, intended user, application-document reference, supplied pack formats, product role and aftercare route. Enter exact confirmed information, and use not confirmed where necessary. Avoid vague scores such as strength or premium unless you define what they measure.
If comparing a base coat with a standalone system, make that difference visible before comparing price or application steps. Leave competitor fields blank when reliable current information is unavailable; do not infer them from bottle design. Date the sheet and name its owner. A comparison sheet should shorten a correct product discussion, not make dissimilar systems look interchangeable merely because they fit into neighbouring columns.
Discuss your distribution requirements. For supporting information, review the current product documentation and the local distributor information.
