A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Define the intended heavy cut, fine cut or finishing role, test method and launch evidence before discussing a private-label polishing product.

A private-label car polish project begins with a defined use case. Heavy cut, one-step and finish are useful commercial roles, but they are not complete formulation specifications. A clear brief connects the target customer with a testable operating process.
State the intended correction role, surfaces, machine movements and pad system. Explain whether the product is expected to deposit protection or serve as part of a separate coating-preparation workflow.
Avoid demanding maximum cut, perfect finish, zero dust and universal compatibility without defining how those claims will be evaluated. Competing objectives need a documented priority.
Use representative paint types and a consistent inspection method. Record correction, final clarity, removal, dust, pad maintenance and total work to acceptance.
Agree which claims require formal evidence beyond workshop impressions. A sanding-mark statement or compatibility promise should have a clearly described basis and limits.
Request application instructions, handling documentation, storage requirements and a traceable product identity. Packaging size and label design should follow the intended workflow rather than substitute for technical readiness.
Define how samples, approved references and later production will be identified. That helps distinguish a formulation change from a change in pad, conditions or operator method.
NANOLAB’s current website presents its polishing range as in development. Discuss current status, possible cooperation and available documentation directly with NANOLAB. Do not treat a development conversation as confirmation of final specifications, stock, lead time or minimum order.
A strong brief gives a manufacturer something concrete to assess: a customer, a correction role, a supported process and acceptance criteria. That is more useful than asking for a bottle that outperforms every competitor in every condition.
Build the launch around demonstrated capabilities and clear instructions. The resulting product story will be easier for distributors and detailers to understand and use responsibly.
