Drying Shower Glass Before Nano Coating

Preparation is not complete merely because the broad glass panel looks dry. Moisture or cleaner residue near edges and fittings can complicate the next application step.

Follow the specified preparation

Use the coating supplier’s instructions for cleaning and final surface preparation. Keep those steps compatible with any factory glass treatment and neighbouring materials. Do not introduce an unapproved household drying aid that leaves another product on the glass.

Inspect accessible details

Check lower edges, corners and the areas around fittings without dismantling the enclosure or forcing tools into seals. Use clean suitable cloths and inspect under useful lighting. If water continues to emerge from a joint, pause and resolve the preparation conditions with the installer before coating.

Protect the prepared area

Keep the shower out of use and avoid touching the glass after final preparation. Coordinate nearby cleaning or plumbing work so it does not wet or contaminate the surface again. If the process is interrupted, ask what needs repeating before restarting. Record the accepted dry condition as part of the installation sequence.
