A support request should show the enclosure, the affected area and the sequence of events. That context helps the technical team recommend a specific next step.

Identify the glass and coating

Provide the product name, installation date and any known factory treatment. State which face was coated and whether the glass was new or restored. Mention later seal replacement, polishing or local recoating.

Describe what changed

Explain when the mark appeared and whether it followed cleaning, a new personal-care product or early water exposure. List the cleaners and tools already used. Include photographs of the clean, dry area and a wider view showing its location.

Preserve the evidence

Avoid trying several additional products while waiting for advice. If a test is recommended, record the method and result before expanding it. Keep the response with the handover instructions and share it with other household members or cleaners. This prevents conflicting care methods and makes any follow-up assessment more straightforward.
