Assign the equipment

Identify cups and syringes by permitted product families or tasks. Read the equipment’s material compatibility and cleaning guidance. A common cup for coating preparation and dressing products introduces an avoidable uncertainty even when its graduations are clear.

Check measurement suitability

Use an appropriate scale of markings for the quantity needed, place the cup as instructed and keep the reading method consistent. A very large cup is a poor choice for a tiny dose if its markings cannot resolve the required quantity.

Release only clean equipment

Inspect after the approved cleaning and drying process. Record or isolate tools with unknown histories. Do not interpret clear liquid or an absence of smell as proof that a container is free of residue. Replace an unsuitable item rather than relying on increasingly forceful cleaning.

Frequently asked question

Can one carefully rinsed cup serve every detailing chemical?
