A campaign can show whether customers respond to a material name.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
A campaign can show whether customers respond to a material name. It cannot establish the chemical performance of the coating. Keep those two measurement tasks separate.
Track the relevant response to the message, such as qualified enquiries or sample requests, using a clearly defined comparison. If two campaigns differ in several ways, do not attribute the entire difference to the word graphene or borophene. Keep the audience and offer context visible.
A stronger response may support the commercial value of a product story. It does not prove better durability or protection. Conversely, a technically strong formula may need a clearer message to attract attention. Both findings can guide a launch when they are interpreted at the right level.
Marketing evidence belongs in the marketing decision. Product tests belong in the performance claim. Treating them separately allows the material names to be used effectively without turning customer curiosity into an invented scientific advantage.
Discuss a private-label coating project or ask NANOLAB about the exact formula for your application.
