Ceramic Coating Labels: Check Adhesion on the Actual Bottle Finish

A label that adheres to plain glass may behave differently on a painted, textured or treated bottle. The actual production surface is the meaningful test substrate.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

Apply the intended label to representative bottles using the proposed process. Inspect edges, seams and readability after agreed handling and storage conditions.

A glossy mockup can look excellent while the physical label lifts around a tight radius on the selected bottle.

Decision limits

Do not approve artwork as proof of adhesive performance. Keep visual design approval and physical packaging approval as separate records.
