Confirm the installation requirements
BEAST PRO is a single-layer clear-coat coating whose published instructions require a NANOLAB Certified Installer. The application guidance specifies an air-conditioned area with low temperature and humidity, away from direct wind. These conditions should be planned before the vehicle is booked.
Do not adopt MATRIX’s extended whole-vehicle working approach simply because both products are NANOLAB coatings. Product-specific workflow is part of the installation requirement.
Prepare for a consistent finish
Inspect the paint and agree on correction limits. Clean and decontaminate as needed, complete the suitable polishing process and remove designated residues using the recommended preparation system. Confirm dryness around mirrors, handles and trim joints.
The BEAST PRO process uses manageable sections, an applicator and separate towels for removal and final finishing. Test the method and inspect edges and curves for excess material before continuing.
Plan handover around cure stages
The published schedule lists tack-free at one hour, initial cure at 12 hours, first washing at 14 days and full cure at 30 days. Follow the current supplied instructions and consider actual conditions when planning release.
