Explain simple approved care and who handles maintenance between guest stays.

A holiday-rental care card should be simple enough for guests and useful enough for the turnover team. These are different audiences. Guests need a small amount of appropriate guidance, while cleaning staff need the exact product's approved maintenance information.
Give guests only relevant, practical instructions that the property has confirmed are suitable. Keep specialist cleaning and assessment with the responsible team. Avoid leaving several unexplained chemical products and expecting visitors to choose correctly.
Maintain the product name, enclosure record and current instructions in the property's working documents. Explain how to report an unfamiliar mark or change. For example, a turnover cleaner should know whom to contact before introducing a stronger or different treatment because a deposit appears difficult to remove.
Review it when the product, cleaning contractor or property routine changes. Ensure that the instructions match the tools and arrangements actually provided. Do not promise that coated glass will remain spotless without care or set a universal cleaning interval unrelated to use. A useful card supports a consistent handover between guests, cleaners and management while keeping technical decisions with the people who have the product information and responsibility for the enclosure.
Give cleaning staff the product-specific routine and a route to report unusual marks. Give guests only the practical information they need, such as whom to contact about a problem, without expecting them to perform specialist maintenance.
Keep the treated surface identified and avoid vague instructions that could be applied to stone, fittings or other bathroom materials. Record changes when cleaning contractors or products change. If the property is unused for a period, assess the actual condition before assuming the usual turnover routine is sufficient. The card should support consistent care across many users while keeping product-specific technical decisions with the people responsible for maintaining the property.
