Give distributors a focused sample kit with defined products, evaluation questions and a simple route for technical feedback.

A distributor sample kit should answer a commercial and technical question. Sending every available product can create more confusion than insight if the recipient does not know what to evaluate. Select a small group that matches the proposed customer base and explain the role of each item.
Ask whether the distributor serves professional installers, retailers or another defined customer group. Identify the surfaces and working conditions relevant to that audience. Select samples against those requirements rather than against the desire to show the largest possible range.
The first product range guide helps narrow the starting set. Keep products that require different training or approval routes clearly distinguished.
For each sample, provide the product reference, applicable instructions, intended evaluation and feedback deadline agreed by the parties. Make clear which results are observations from the distributor and which statements come from approved technical information.
Ask the recipient to record preparation, application conditions and the surface used. A note saying “customers liked it” may be encouraging, but it is not enough to resolve a technical concern or approve a new formulation.
Use consistent references on the bottle, packing list and feedback form. Include the current documents and a stable route to support. If products have similar appearance, do not rely on the position in the box to distinguish them.
Review the kit component list and ensure that any supplied accessories suit the documented method. Avoid implying that the sample quantity is enough for a particular vehicle unless that statement is confirmed for the actual scope.
Agree what happens after feedback: another sample, a pilot order, a narrower range or a pause while requirements are clarified. Record unresolved questions rather than treating delivery of the sample kit as completion of the evaluation.
Use installer feedback forms for application observations, and discuss the intended distributor programme with NANOLAB. A focused sample kit is a decision tool, not simply a gift box of unrelated products.
