Treat stainless recesses and broad panels as different maintenance zones when designing a practical fingerprint and residue care plan.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A broad stainless door panel and its recessed handle pocket may share a finish but receive different contact and cleaning. The recess can collect concentrated residue and be harder to wipe uniformly. One whole-panel instruction may miss that distinction.
Observe where hands actually touch the assembly and where a cleaning tool can reach. Include edges, seams and lower corners. Do not assume the visually largest area creates the greatest maintenance effort.
Use only tools and products approved for the finish and coating. Confirm that a tool can remove residue without forcing abrasive contact at an edge. Keep recessed-area tools clean so contamination is not transferred onto the broad face.
Track when each zone becomes unacceptable under normal use. A heavily handled recess may need attention sooner than the surrounding panel. For example, cleaning the handle pocket during a routine touchpoint visit can preserve appearance without repeatedly treating the entire door. Keep required hygiene procedures separate from cosmetic criteria. If the coating trial only covered a flat coupon, add a representative recess before claiming that the same cleaning benefit applies to the whole assembly.
