A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Audit shower glass maintenance using task records, dry inspection and a controlled cleaning check before deciding whether a coating has failed.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A poorly maintained pane and a pane with a coating problem can both look disappointing. An audit should test whether the agreed maintenance process occurred and whether it produced the accepted result, while remaining open to genuine product or installation faults.
A signed cleaning log is useful but does not prove that every step was completed correctly. Equally, missing paperwork does not prove negligence. Combine records with direct observation of the current routine.
| Finding | Useful action |
|---|---|
| Scheduled visits missed | Restore the maintenance frequency |
| Correct visits, wrong product | Review substitution and compatibility |
| Correct method, incomplete dry finish | Investigate technique, tools and contamination |
| Persistent issue after approved correction | Escalate the surface or coating assessment |
Select a representative area and document the initial condition. Apply the approved maintenance process carefully and inspect when dry. If the appearance recovers, record what changed. That supports a maintenance-related explanation for that area, but does not prove every pane has the same cause.
Specify who changes the process, which rooms are affected and when the result will be reviewed. Avoid a vague instruction to “clean better.” Name the step that needs correction and the observable result expected.
If a product or installation issue remains plausible, preserve the records and involve technical support. A fair audit neither blames the coating automatically nor uses maintenance requirements to dismiss all complaints. It identifies the next action that the available evidence can justify.
Discuss a shower-glass coating project. For application and care, use the current instructions for the exact product.
