Internal testing can provide useful product information when its origin and method are clear. It should not be labelled independent or expanded beyond the conditions actually evaluated.
Identify the formula, specimen, procedure and observed outcome. State that the work was performed internally where relevant. Keep records that allow the result to be reviewed, and avoid publishing only a dramatic conclusion without the details needed to interpret it.
A development test may help select a formula or identify a problem. It does not automatically establish long-term field performance or a universal advantage of graphene over borophene, or vice versa. The conclusion should fit the design. If a claim needs additional evidence, say what remains to be evaluated.
Transparency about internal work strengthens its usefulness. Customers can understand how the product was assessed without being given an inaccurate impression about independence, scope or the specific contribution of the named additive.
Discuss a private-label coating project or ask NANOLAB about the exact formula for your application.
