Graphene and Borophene Independent Testing: Ask Who Tested What

Independent testing can add useful evidence, but the word independent does not replace a report's scope.

Independent testing can add useful evidence, but the word independent does not replace a report’s scope. A customer should still know which product was tested, by whom and under what conditions.

Check the connection

Confirm the sample identity and whether it matches the commercial formula. Read the method, result and limitations. A third-party test of a raw additive or an earlier prototype should not be presented as direct validation of every current coating carrying the same material name.

Use independence appropriately

Independence concerns the relationship of the testing party to the product; it does not automatically make every possible claim supported. A narrow test remains narrow. Likewise, an internal observation should be labelled as such rather than disguised as an independent result.

The strongest evidence is both traceable and relevant. Graphene and borophene products benefit from clear reporting that lets customers distinguish who performed the evaluation from what the evaluation actually establishes.

Discuss a private-label coating project or ask NANOLAB about the exact formula for your application.
