A product specification describes the agreed characteristics of an offer.

A product specification describes the agreed characteristics of an offer. A test report records an evaluation of identified samples under stated conditions. Customers should not expect either document to answer every question.
Use the specification to identify the formula, intended use and relevant requirements. Use the report to understand what was measured and what result was obtained. Check that the sample and product references connect. A report on a raw additive is not automatically a report on the finished coating.
If a marketing claim goes beyond both documents, ask for its basis. If a technical detail is not disclosed, record that limitation rather than inventing it. Graphene and borophene terminology should remain consistent across the documents so the same material and product are being discussed.
A clear document set makes the offer easier to evaluate. It lets the material story support the product while specifications and evidence perform their separate roles in an informed purchasing decision.
Discuss a private-label coating project or ask NANOLAB about the exact formula for your application.
