Water behaviour and mineral-deposit management are different questions.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
Water behaviour and mineral-deposit management are different questions. A graphene coating may have a documented surface behaviour, but the appearance of droplets alone does not prove that hard-water marks cannot occur.
If a product is promoted for easier cleaning of deposits, request evidence for that specific result. Do not equate a high contact-angle image with complete prevention of every residue. The exposure, drying conditions and approved maintenance process belong in the explanation.
Give the current instructions for washing and drying the coated surface. If deposits appear, use the product’s recommended assessment and cleaning route instead of escalating immediately to aggressive treatment. A persistent mark should be evaluated in context rather than diagnosed solely from a photograph.
The useful message is practical: choose a suitable coating, understand its documented limits and follow a care process that addresses the actual water exposure. Graphene is not a substitute for that plan or a guarantee of a permanently spotless surface.
