A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
A launch deadline can create pressure to treat unanswered questions as resolved. Keep the evidence required for the purchasing decision visible so schedule urgency does not silently change the acceptance standard.

Separate what can be decided now from what depends on missing information. A smaller approved scope, a later launch or a different supply arrangement may be options, but each needs confirmation. The key is to make the trade-off explicit rather than allowing the original deadline to become an argument that the product or package must be suitable.
Illustrative example: packaging is ready but the intended surface recommendation remains unresolved. Launching because the cartons have arrived would not answer the technical question. A decision review should address that missing evidence directly and consider only options that preserve the required product boundaries.
Do not manufacture urgency to bypass review or use a provisional statement as a final approval. This guide does not prescribe a commercial outcome. It provides a way to keep the actual requirements and uncertainties visible when the schedule becomes difficult.
