Metal Coating Mock-Ups: Include the Final Fabrication Sequence
Cutting, forming and finishing after a sample is approved can create a different surface from the one originally evaluated.

Practical approach
Make the mock-up represent the actual production sequence, or review the later operations explicitly.
A flat treated sheet that is subsequently formed is not the same process as coating an already formed panel.
Decision limits
Do not extend approval across a changed sequence without checking appearance, compatibility and handling.
